Celu eksperts Ltd. (Celu eksperts) is a private SME company active in testing of road building materials, quality control of road construction works and research on road construction materials.The company have long standing cooperation with partners from road building industry in Latvia: customers, designers, construction companies, testing laboratories, road administration. Celu Eksperts laboratory have accreditation for consultancy according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for testing of mineral aggregate, bitumen, bituminous mixtures and soil properties as well as unbound layer construction quality control.

The laboratory is equipped with state-or-the-art equipment for carrying out testing according to more than 50 different standard procedures for road construction materials, as well as quality control for on-site works.

We have good cooperation with Riga Technical University and State road administration for advanced dynamic testing facilities.
