Ltd. "Celu eksperts" is a private SME company active in testing of road building materials, quality control of road construction works and research on road construction materials. The company have long standing cooperation with partners from road building industry in Latvia: Customers, Designers, Construction companies, Testing laboratories, Road administration, Riga Technical University. Celu Eksperts laboratory have accreditation for consultancy according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for sampling and testing of physical-mechanical properties of mineral aggregates, hydraulically bound and unbound mineral mixtures, bitumen, bituminous mixtures, fresh and hardened concrete; bearing capacity of soils and unbound road structural layers.

The laboratory is equipped with state-or-the-art equipment for carrying out testing according to more than 50 different standard procedures for road construction materials, as well as quality control for on-site works.
